I understand and agree that Plan Rover, LLC is not an actual insurance
carrier and does not perform services performed by a an insurance carrier.
Rather, We are a registered agent that works with several carriers.
2. If, prior to my submission, I believe that Plan Rover, LLC gave me
any insurance advice, opinion or recommendation about my rights, remedies,
options, selection of forms or strategies, I will not proceed with using
this service, and any submission that I do make will be null and void.
3. Plan Rover, LLC operates within the state of Texas. I agree that
regardless of where I reside or where my browser is physically located,
my viewing and use of Plan Rover, LLC occurs solely within the State
of Texas, and that all content and services shall be deemed to be served
from, and performed wholly within Texas, as if I had physically traveled
there to obtain the service. I agree that Texas law shall govern any
disputes arising from my use of this website, and that the courts of
Harris County in the state of Texas, shall have exclusive jurisdiction
over any disputes.
4. I will review the information and all documents uploaded before submitting
it and agree to be solely responsible for the final submission. I will
hold Plan Rover, LLC and its agents harmless. Under no circumstances
will there be consequential or punitive damages.
5. Member agrees to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Plan
Rover, LLC, its officers, directors, employees and shareholders from
any and all claims of any kind arising out of participation with a carrier
listed on Plan Rover, LLC or persons affiliated with such carriers or
use of Plan Rover, LLC service in general.
6. Member agrees to hold Plan Rover, LLC harmless and non-liable or
delayed delivery or presentation of insurance plan listings or failure
to provide services if failure is due to circumstances beyond its control.
7 . I have read and understand the following:
No county clerk or governmental authority has evaluated or approved
Plan Rover, LLC's knowledge or experience, or the quality of our services.
You may obtain information regarding free or low-cost broker representation
through local associations. Plan Rover, LLC is not attempting to engage
in the practice of brokering, including providing any kind of advice,
explanation, opinion or recommendation to a user about possible, remedies,
options, selection of forms or strategies.
8 . If I do not agree to all of these terms, I will immediately cease
my use of this site.
